Beautiful resort, I tipped very well, this helped. Bartenders were great. Did not have domestic top shelf whiskeys, but we MADE DO AND HAD AGREAT VACATION. NOT REALLY ONE OF RUI'S BEST,RESORTS. Probably would not go back and would not recommend to afriend.
Detail Informations
Room: Room nice,very damp. Clothes smelled damp all the time.Ants in room on bed in drawers and on floors.
Location: Location was nice at beach. 19 miles from airport.
Service: Maids were very nice, if you tipped every day. Ice machine broke second day of vacation, asked to have repaired, it was still not fixed on our 10th day.All ice machines were empty,most of the time.
Food: Food was very good in buffet, servers could not do enought for you, just the opposite in the restarants, everyone had and attitude.Food was okay, not to Rui Palace standards.
